MWH is seeking a Senior Scheduling Manager to join our team in Gresham, OR. You will coordinate schedules, manage deadlines, allocate resources, and ensure efficient project scheduling processes on-site for large water/wastewater projects.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in construction scheduling, strong leadership, and proficiency with Primavera P6 and other CM software. Full-time on-site role with comprehensive benefits and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, or related field; or equivalent combination of experience, skills, and training.
• Minimum 10 years verifiable experience in construction work sequencing, productivity, and scheduling as well as preparing and maintaining detailed construction schedules.
• Experience scheduling projects over $100 million.
• Experience scheduling 2 or more water or wastewater treatment plant projects and ability to provide personal references from owner representatives.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in development of baseline schedules, incorporating subcontractor schedules, schedule updating, analysis of progress, including project compliance processes and audits.
• Experience with Cost and Resource loaded schedules.
• Proficiency with construction management software (Autodesk Build, Procore, CMiC, Viewpoint, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with customer facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Cost and Resource loaded project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Full-time on the project site.
• Plan pre-construction, construction, startup, and commissioning activities on site.
• Analyze survey data, maps, drawings, specifications, and other data.
• Estimate durations, equipment, or labor to determine feasibility.
• Identify schedule risks; assist in developing mitigations.
• Monitor and adjust schedules to align with deadlines.
• Communicate schedule changes to stakeholders and recommend actions.
• Provide leadership and guidance to schedulers and project teams.
• Review project changes for impacts and prepare notices as required by contract.
• Prepare Time Impact Analysis and related reports.
• Prepare and manage cost and resource loaded schedules for invoicing.
