Job summary

MWH Constructors is seeking a Senior Scheduling Manager to join our Gresham, OR team on a full-time, on-site basis. You will lead the development and maintenance of cost and resource-loaded project schedules for large water and wastewater facilities, coordinating with the project team to ensure on-time delivery.

You will plan pre-construction through commissioning activities, analyze data, identify risks, and mentor junior schedulers while working with industry-leading scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years verifiable experience in construction scheduling and managing large projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost and resource loaded schedules for large water/wastewater projects using Primavera P6.
• Plan the pre-construction, construction, startup, and commissioning activities on the project site.
• Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, specifications, and topographical data.
• Estimate durations, equipment, and labor to determine feasibility.
• Identify schedule risks and assist in mitigation.
• Monitor and adjust schedules to meet deadlines and communicate changes.
• Mentor scheduling coordinators and junior schedulers.
• Prepare Time Impact Analyses and change notices as required by contract.
• Prepare and manage cost/resource loaded schedules for invoicing.
