Job summary

MWH Constructors in Gresham, Oregon is seeking an Entry-Level Project Scheduler to support wastewater projects. You will work with Senior Schedulers to develop and update schedules, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, has 1–3 years scheduling experience, and is proficient in Excel and Primavera P6. Some travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, construction management or related field.
• 1–3 years of project scheduling experience with baseline schedules, updating and progress analysis.
• Knowledge of general construction practices and sequences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other standard business applications.
• Working knowledge in Primavera (P6) scheduling software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer-facing experience.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update project schedules with senior schedulers.
• Communicate results to project team and suggest actions.
• Review changes for schedule impacts and prepare change notices as required by contract.
• Ensure schedules comply with procedures, contract requirements and industry best practices.
• Prepare monthly schedule reports for project and management use.
• Provide schedule guidance to schedule software users.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
