Job summary

MWH Constructors seeks a Senior Scheduling Manager for our Gresham, OR project office. This on-site leadership role requires expert Primavera P6 skills, a strong background in cost and resource loaded schedules, and experience managing large water and wastewater projects.

You will develop baselines, integrate subcontractor schedules, update progress, and drive scheduling improvements across the team while coordinating with owners and project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of verifiable experience in construction work sequencing, productivity, and scheduling, plus detailed schedules.
• Experience scheduling projects over $100 million and multiple water/wastewater projects.
• Two years of supervisory experience and ability to lead scheduling teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost and resource loaded project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Plan pre-construction, construction, startup, and commissioning activities on site.
• Identify and mitigate schedule risks; communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to scheduling coordinators and project team.
• Review project changes and prepare time impact analyses.
