Job summary

MWH Constructors is seeking a Senior Scheduling Manager to join our team in Gresham, OR. The role focuses on coordinating schedules, allocating resources, and overseeing project scheduling processes on large water/wastewater projects.

You will lead scheduling teams, use Primavera P6 to develop cost-loaded schedules, and drive improvements in scheduling practices while ensuring compliance with project contracts and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of verifiable experience in sequencing, productivity, and scheduling on large projects.
• Experience scheduling projects over $100 million and two water/wastewater plant projects.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience and expert Primavera P6 knowledge.
• Proficiency with CMiC, Procore, Autodesk Build, Viewpoint, or similar CM software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost and resource loaded schedules for large projects using Primavera P6.
• Plan pre-construction, construction, startup, and commissioning activities on site.
• Estimate durations, equipment, and labor; identify schedule risks and mitigations.
• Monitor, adjust schedules to meet deadlines; communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Provide leadership to scheduling coordinators and junior schedulers.
