Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director- Scheduling in New York to lead planning on major projects. You will manage scheduling across integrated planning, cost, and risk environments, develop baselines, track milestones, and mentor the planning team.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent presentation and communication skills, and advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder setting.

Qualifications

• Schedule management on tall building construction projects is a MUST.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in scheduling within construction.
• Experience in complex, fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments with proactive coordination.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project for planning and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling in an integrated planning, cost and risk environment.
• Develop project milestone and progress baselines and track performance.
• Analyze schedule data, identify trends and report to Project Director and team.
• Ensure compliance with established scheduling methodology and reports.
• Collaborate with internal and external clients on project scheduling.
• Coach and mentor the planning team and lead schedule contingency management.
