Job summary

Haskell is seeking an experienced Scheduling System Lead to oversee planning and scheduling operations for large projects. You will focus on scheduling analysis, risk mitigation, and claims avoidance while mentoring Scheduler I and II teams and guiding CPM analytical functions.

The role involves supervising schedules from conceptual designs through 90% contract documents, updating reports, time impact analyses, and ensuring data integrity across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in engineering or construction management preferred.
• 4–6 years scheduling or construction management experience.
• Expert Primavera scheduling software usage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with cost/resource loading is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate full competency in scheduling tools and best practices.
• Manage scheduling and planning for projects from development to execution.
• Lead data integrity and reporting for project schedules.
• Develop and mentor schedulers and lead training on scheduling.
• Conduct Time Impact Analysis and evaluate change orders.
