Job summary

Haskell is seeking a seasoned Scheduling System Expert to lead scheduling for large, complex projects across multiple teams. The role focuses on schedule development, risk mitigation, and data-driven insights to support project decisions and performance tracking.

You will mentor junior schedulers, drive process improvements, and coordinate with clients and leadership to ensure alignment with contract requirements and project goals, including on-site activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management preferred.
• 8–10 years of scheduling construction management experience directly related to scheduling.
• Experience in a commercial contracting environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate full competency in the system scheduling tools and best practices.
• Manage scheduling and planning efforts during project development and execution.
• Comprehends impacts of contractual requirements and applies them to schedules.
• Develop, champion, and ensure schedule data integrity.
• Enhance and standardize reporting to communicate issues, status, health, and progress.
