Job summary

The Haskell Company is seeking an experienced Scheduler to lead complex project scheduling with CPM analytics and Primavera. This role supports large, multi-disciplinary teams on major programs, requiring deep scheduling expertise and strong communication across project stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management and 8–10 years of scheduling construction management experience, including working in a commercial contracting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management; 8–10 years of scheduling construction management experience.
• Experience in a commercial contracting environment.
• Expertise in Primavera scheduling software including cost/resource loading and analysis.
• Proficient analytic ability with excellent written and verbal communications.
• Ability to organize and manage complex tasks, establish and meet schedules.
• Expertise in industry planning and scheduling practices and construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate full competency in the system scheduling tools and best practices.
• Manage scheduling and planning efforts, including scheduling processes during project development and execution.
• Develop, champion, and ensure schedule data integrity with best practices and company standards.
• Enhance and standardize the process of producing and distributing tailored schedule reporting to meet the project team's needs that effectively communicates issues, status, health, and progress of the execution plan.
• Optimize communication efforts regarding the schedule to project teams, subcontract partners, clients, and internal leadership.
