Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an experienced Scheduler for a large-scale, advanced technology project based in Northern Louisiana with travel. The role develops schedules, coordinates with project teams, and aligns CPM baselines with procurement and constructability needs.

Responsibilities include monitoring progress, updating dashboards, and delivering regular scheduling reports. Strong expert knowledge of Primavera P6 and earned value concepts is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 4 years of related experience.
• Large construction project experience (>$50m).
• Proficient use of scheduling software (Primavera P6).
• Ability to interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, and scopes of work to develop project schedule.
• Knowledge of earned value concepts and using construction resources to validate productivity and durations.

Responsibilities

• Develop project schedules based on CPM logic and baseline schedules.
• Collaborate with engineers, superintendents and procurement to define ROJ dates.
• Prepare detailed schedules and track progress against baselines.
• Create look-ahead schedules and recovery plans to keep project on track.
• Generate scheduling reports for ORM meetings and client requests.
