Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced Scheduler for a high-tech project in Northern Louisiana. You will develop CPM-based schedules, coordinate with project teams, and align schedules with VDC models to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 4+ years of experience on large-scale projects, with proficiency in Primavera P6 and scheduling tools. Some travel is involved; Join Turner’s project controls team for challenging, milestone-driven work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction, or related field with 4+ years of experience.
• Large construction project experience (>$50m).
• Proficient with scheduling software (Primavera P6).
• Knowledge of scheduling tools (Acumen Fuse, Change Inspector).
• Ability to interpret contract docs and develop project schedules.
• Limited travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop CPM-based project schedules and baselines.
• Collaborate with engineers and superintendents to confirm CIL/ROJ dates.
• Prepare detailed schedules and align with VDC models.
• Create scheduling reports, dashboards, and progress updates.
• Analyze risks and propose recovery strategies to stay on track.
• Update schedules and integrate Last Planner System as needed.
• Support BD/Marketing with proposal scheduling activities.
