Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 4 years of related experience.
• Large construction project experience ($50m+)
• Proficient use of scheduling software and ability to interpret contract documents and scopes of work.
• Knowledge of earned value concepts and using construction resources to validate productivity and durations.
• Ability to manage competing demands and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules for large or multiple smaller construction projects with more complex scheduling activities.
• Revise and review project schedules with project team and monitor progress against defined schedule.
• Develop relationships with project stakeholders for communication of overall project plan and schedule performance.
• Collaborate with project team to confirm Contract Item List (CIL) and ROJ dates, and review Procurement Schedule.
• Create CPM-based baseline schedules using scheduling software and review for accuracy.
• Review performance data to make schedule‑related decisions on delivery, logistics, and staffing.
• Prepare and review schedule deliverables and publish standard reports for the ORM and other reviews.
• Coordinate with VDC team to align schedules and models.
• Define schedule metrics and develop look‑ahead and recovery schedules as needed.
• Provide guidance to end-users to improve proficiency in scheduling software.
