Qualifications

• High school diploma and medical terminology and/or basic anatomy training required.
• Associate’s degree in Business, information systems, clinical field or related may be substituted for up to two years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain departmental schedules and communicate changes to staff.
• Efficiently gather and input patient demographic information, insurance verification, and scheduling.
• Communicate prep information, arrival time and location to patients.
• Coordinate scheduling and cancellations for diagnostic and interventional procedures.
