Phillips 66 is seeking a Senior Engineer - Scheduling & Blending Models to lead corporate-level scheduling and blending tool development, validation, and data integration. You will drive improvements, maintain model accuracy, and coordinate with refinery sites, IT, and vendors.

A strong background in scheduling, blending, and refinery economics is required, with travel to regional sites expected. The role emphasizes leadership, strategic vision for scheduling/recipe models, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of direct experience with Scheduling and Blend Recipe modeling.
• 3+ years refining business experience in economics, operations, process engineering, or fuels blending/scheduling.
• Intermediate proficiency with AspenTech APS Scheduling or MBO Blending Recipe software systems.
• SQL/Access Database knowledge/experience.
• Periodic travel is required to visit regional sites.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert-level technical services to refinery sites for scheduling and blending models and data.
• Maintain and validate models yields, properties, operating costs, constraints, etc.
• Lead the Scheduling or Blending Models Users Group.
• Update crude assays; ensure model accuracy and maintenance.
• Share best practices and keep up with industry tools and processes.
• Interface with planning/scheduling/blend recipe communities and vendors.
