Phillips 66 seeks a Commercial Scheduler III in Houston to optimize gasoline and distillate movements, oversee scheduling, and manage inventories. The role reports to the Manager, GC Clean Scheduling and collaborates across Commercial Trading and Marketing.

Responsibilities include 24/7 scheduling coverage, data entry in SAP and other systems, and coordination with inspectors to meet regulatory and operational requirements.

Qualificações

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 3+ years of industry experience in logistics management, value-chain optimization, or commercial activity support.
• Able to work extended and non-standard hours.
• Proficiency with analytical tools such as Excel and PowerBI.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and optimize gasoline and distillate pipeline movements and terminal positions.
• Enter data into SAP, Trade66, Navarik, Mainstay, and other systems accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure measurement and costing requirements are met.
• Manage inventory positions and coordinate with Marketing, Commercial Trading, and VCO.
• Participate in weekly refinery, SRT, or similar meetings.
• Monitor asset operations and communicate issues to stakeholders.
• Maintain desk manuals and support relief coverage.
• Support book-to-book and book-to-physical activities for SAP inventories.
