Job summary

Phillips 66 is seeking a Refinery and Energy Asset Strategist to forecast operational rates and monitor outages across refineries and NGL assets in the Americas. You will lead a small team, develop tools for throughput forecasting, and collaborate with global analysts to deliver insight for trading decisions.

The role requires coordinating with regional and global teams, leveraging data to build predictive models, and continuously improving forecast accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 6+ years of commercial/trading, refining, or related experience in the energy industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Communicate refinery, NGL and Renewable asset operations, forecasts and market insights in meetings and forums.
• Develop internal asset database and tools to convert data into throughput forecasts.
• Lead and develop a direct report tracking TARs across refineries and energy assets.
• Maintain real-time forecast of refinery and asset throughput for demand/supply balances.
• Aggregate and reconcile data sources to refine proprietary forecast models.
• Integrate forecasts into trading bench supply and demand balances across regions.
