Job summary

Phillips 66 in Houston seeks a Sr. Scheduler I, Petroleum Coke to optimize coke supply across refineries and export terminals. You will coordinate movements by truck, rail and water, and align SAP data with operations.

The role requires six-plus years in energy logistics, strong Excel skills, and a readiness to implement AI solutions. You will collaborate across multiple teams and provide on-call support as needed.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Intermediate or greater proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Able to work remotely via cellphone and/or laptop 24/7.
• Able to work extended and non-standard hours.
• Willingness to implement AI solutions.
• 6+ years of experience in energy sector supporting supply/trading/logistics.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, nominate, and confirm movements via internal and third-party scheduling systems for truck, rail and waterborne movements.
• Manage, update, and tie out SAP with movements.
• Prepare and submit weekly system inventory levels vs targets for Supply and Trading.
• Help optimize logistics, quality blending and segregation and support business development.
• Manage dry bulk marine scheduling: vessel vetting, instructions, documentation, vessel tracking, laytime.
