Phillips 66 Company is seeking a Sr. Scheduler I, Petroleum Coke in Houston to optimize coke supply across the refining system and commercial businesses.

You will schedule movements, manage SAP integrations, and prepare inventory targets while supporting growth initiatives. Ideal candidates have 6+ years in energy logistics, strong Excel expertise, familiarity with SAP, and a willingness to work extended hours.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Able to work remotely 24/7 via phone/laptop.
• Willingness to work extended and non-standard hours.
• 6+ years in energy sector supporting supply, trading, or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, nominate, and confirm movements for truck, rail, and waterborne.
• Manage, update, and reconcile SAP movements.
• Prepare weekly inventory vs targets for Supply and Trading.
• Optimize logistics, blending, and segregation; support business development.
• Track vessel movements and laytime; manage dry bulk marine scheduling.
