Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Scheduler to join our on-site team in Scranton, PA, leading scheduling for a large-scale data center project. You will collaborate with Project Managers, designers, and contractors to ensure detailed, proactive schedules and risk management.

The role emphasizes 4D/5D modeling, forensic scheduling analysis, and cost/schedule integration. A BS in Construction Management or Engineering with 7+ years of experience and relevant certifications is preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or Engineering is required.
• 7+ years of experience in project scheduling or as a Project Engineer.
• Preferred PSP, PMP, CPE, CEP, CCP, CMIT or MRICS certification.
• Experience with 4D/5D modeling and forensic scheduling analysis.
• Experience with estimate validation and cost analyses; cost audits considered.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with quality project schedules at appropriate levels of detail.
• Develop, monitor, status and resolve negative impacts to schedule critical paths.
• Lead project managers, design and contractors on monthly project progress of work.
• Develop and maintain project risk assessments, qualitative and quantitative.
• Develop and maintain 4D, 5D modeling.
• Manage the development of detailed construction schedules.
• Perform forensic scheduling analysis.
• Overview clients’ schedules for as-planned schedule validation, labor productivity, critical path delay and acceleration.
