Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Scheduler to join our planning and scheduling team onsite in the Detroit, MI area. You will support project managers with comprehensive schedules, lead monthly progress reviews, and apply 4D/5D modeling to help keep projects on track.

Strong focus on forensic scheduling analysis and risk assessment is required. Ideal candidates have a BS in Construction Management or Engineering, 5–7 years in project scheduling, and relevant certifications such as PSP, PMP, CPE,

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or Engineering required.
• 5–7 years of project scheduling experience preferred.
• Data center project experience preferred.
• PSP, PMP, CPE, CEP, CCP, CMIT or MRICS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with quality project schedules at appropriate levels of detail.
• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules.
• Lead monthly progress reviews with PMs, designers and contractors.
• Perform forensic scheduling analysis of construction projects.
• Develop risk assessments and 4D/5D modeling.
• Report key project data and progress regularly.
