Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking a skilled Scheduling professional to join our team across multiple site locations in the United States. You will develop and maintain project schedules, manage risk, and lead teams on monthly progress with a focus on earned value, 4D/5D modeling and construction timelines.

The role requires 5+ years in project scheduling, strong communication, and the ability to mentor junior schedulers.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or Engineering
• 5+ years experience in project scheduling
• Experience on advanced manufacturing/technology projects preferred
• PSP, PMP, CPE, CEP, CCP, CMIT or MRICS certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with quality project schedules at appropriate detail
• Develop, monitor, status and resolve schedule critical paths
• Lead project managers, design and contractors on monthly progress
• Develop and maintain project risk assessments and 4D/5D modeling
• Manage the development of detailed monthly progress reports
• Participate in design verifications and construction site walks
• Report key project data and schedule performance
• Oversee scope changes and cost implications to schedule
