Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Scheduler to join our planning and scheduling team on a large-scale data center project in the Scranton, PA area. You will develop, maintain, and monitor detailed schedules, perform forensic scheduling analysis, and lead cross-functional coordination with project managers, designers, and contractors.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of scheduling experience, BS in Construction Management or Engineering, and familiarity with 4D/5D modeling and risk analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and maintaining project risk assessments (qualitative and quantitative).
• Experience with 4D/5D modeling and scheduling tools.
• Experienced in forensic scheduling analyses on construction/engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with quality schedules at appropriate detail levels.
• Develop and monitor schedules and resolve negative impacts to critical paths.
• Lead project managers, design teams, and contractors on monthly progress reviews.
• Develop and maintain project risk assessments and 4D/5D modeling.
• Produce detailed construction schedules and risk management plans.
