Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or Engineering.
• 5–7 years experience in project scheduling or as a Project Engineer.
• Experience with 4D/5D modeling and forensic scheduling analysis.
• Experience with cost validation, estimates and comparative analyses.
• PMI/PPM certifications encouraged (e.g., PSP, PMP).

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with detailed project schedules.
• Develop, monitor and resolve impacts to critical paths.
• Lead teams on monthly progress and risk reviews.
• Develop 4D/5D models and construction schedules.
• Perform forensic scheduling analyses and schedule validation.
