Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Scheduler to join our on-site team in Hanging Rock, OH, supporting a data center client. You will develop, monitor and maintain detailed schedules, lead monthly progress reviews, and provide forensic scheduling analyses to prevent delays.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of project scheduling, BS degrees in Construction Management or Engineering, and relevant certifications such as PSP or PMP.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or Engineering required.
• 5-7 years experience in project scheduling.
• Prefer experience on data center projects.
• Certifications preferred: PSP, PMP, CPE, CEP, CCP, CMIT or MRICS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Monitor schedule status and resolve negative impacts on critical paths.
• Lead project managers, designers and contractors on monthly progress of work.
• Develop and maintain project risk assessments and 4D/5D modeling.
• Perform forensic scheduling analysis and schedule validation.
