Job summary

Cumming Group in Edgerton, KS is seeking a Senior Scheduler to oversee scheduling services for a data center client. Prior data center scheduling experience highly preferred and your work will influence project delivery, cost control and risk mitigation.

You will develop, monitor and maintain detailed construction schedules, perform forensic scheduling analyses, manage risk assessments and support project managers with critical path analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience with data center scheduling projects and complex construction timelines.
• Proficiency in 4D/5D modeling and detailed schedule development.
• Ability to perform forensic scheduling analysis and validate critical paths.
• Experience in risk assessment and cost/schedule integration.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with high-quality project schedules at appropriate levels of detail.
• Develop, monitor, and resolve negative impacts to schedule critical paths.
• Lead project managers, design teams and contractors on monthly progress.
• Develop and maintain project risk assessments and 4D/5D modeling.
• Prepare detailed monthly progress reports and perform critical path analysis.
• Conduct design verifications and participate in site walks as required.
