Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Scheduler to support a data center client in Indianapolis, IN. The role requires 5–7 years of scheduling experience and expertise in 4D/5D modeling and forensic scheduling analysis.

The position involves mentoring Scheduler I & II, overseeing project schedules, risk assessments, and cost loading, and collaborating with PMs, designers, and contractors to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or Engineering is required or preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in project scheduling or as a Project Engineer.
• PSP, PMP, CPE, CEP, CCP, CMIT or MRICS certification preferred.
• Experience with 4D/5D modeling and forensic scheduling analysis.
• Experience with cost validation and analyses.
• Knowledge of project document control and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with quality project schedules at appropriate levels of detail for proposed and on-going projects.
• Develop and maintain project risk assessments (qualitative and quantitative).
• Lead project managers, design and contractors on monthly project progress of work.
• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules and 4D/5D modeling.
• Perform forensic scheduling analysis and validate schedules against progress.
• Monitor and report on critical path, cost loading and schedule variance.
