Hill International, Inc. is seeking a Senior Scheduler in Pomona, California to lead the planning and supervision of complex distribution projects. The role will manage schedules for 30+ work groups, ensuring alignment with permits, budgets, and project milestones.

You will develop, track, and report on master schedules, WBS, and earned value, while documenting delays for time impact analyses and supporting governance and regulatory filings. Domestic travel is possible as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, data science, construction management, business, finance, or project management.
• 7+ years' experience in scheduling and capital projects/construction.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and SAP; MS Office skills required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and track schedules for 30+ distribution project work groups.
• Maintain master schedules, WBS, and earned value calculations.
• Document delays and perform time impact analyses.
• Prepare data for governance audits and regulatory filings.
• Communicate schedule status to stakeholders; travel as needed.
