You will collaborate with large cross-functional teams and help ensure data integrity across PM tools and document repositories. The role includes developing presentations for management, enforcing project procedures, and contributing to process improvements while working on a hybrid schedule near Pomona,

Formación

• Associate degree or higher in applicable profession or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• 2+ years’ construction / project support experience.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Project, Power Point, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, MS Lists).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Hybrid work schedule.
• Must be local to Pomona, Redlands, or Wildomar. Initial training in Pomona, California.

Responsabilidades

• Supports pre-construction/construction planning by crafting and supervising action items and guiding project team adherence.
• Collaborates with multi-disciplinary project teams (often 30+ members).
• Assists the project manager with progress reports, metrics, schedules, and budgets; provides status to leadership and stakeholders.
• Establishes and applies project procedures and directives to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Uses project management tools, including Microsoft Project, to maintain schedules.
• Maintains project documentation with version control and access controls in document libraries.
