Job summary

PM2CM, Inc. is seeking a Senior Scheduler to join our team. The role involves developing baselines with P6 Primavera, updating progress bi-weekly and monthly, and coordinating with project managers and construction teams to align milestones and deliverables within the project schedule.

You will perform Critical Path and Schedule Variance analyses, maintain master schedules and WBS, and prepare earned value reports for stakeholders. The position is hybrid, two days in Pomona, CA.

Qualifications

• Proficient in P6 Primavera Scheduling Software with 7+ years of scheduling experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with project teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Familiarity with Earned Value management principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop Baseline Schedules for Electrical infrastructure projects using P6 Primavera.
• Update and track bi-weekly and monthly progress in the schedule.
• Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to identify milestones and deliverables.
• Provide Critical Path Analysis and Schedule Variance analysis; maintain accurate schedules.
• Maintain master schedules, WBS, and calculate earned value; generate stakeholder reports.
• Proactively identify delays or conflicts and propose solutions.
• Analyze schedule impacts and report to project stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
