Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Scheduler to join our planning and scheduling team onsite in Manassas, VA. You will support project managers with detailed schedules, lead monthly progress reviews, and develop comprehensive 4D/5D models for data center projects, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in scheduling, BS in Construction Management or Engineering, and certifications such as PSP or PMP.

Qualifications

• Experience with project scheduling and controls.
• Knowledge of 4D/5D modeling.
• Experience with forensic scheduling analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with quality project schedules.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules and 4D/5D models.
• Lead monthly progress reviews with design teams and contractors.
• Produce and maintain risk assessments and schedule status reports.
• Perform forensic scheduling analyses and validate as-planned schedules.

Education

BS in Construction Management or Engineering

PSP, PMP, CPE, CEP, CCP, CMIT or MRICS
