Job summary

At Cumming Group, a leading project and cost management consultancy, we are seeking a Senior Scheduler to join our New Albany, OH team onsite. You will support PMs with high-quality schedules and lead critical path analysis on data center projects.

Responsibilities include 4D/5D modeling, risk assessments, and monthly progress reporting, with mentorship for Scheduler I & II. A BS in Construction Management or Engineering and 5–7 years of scheduling experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or Engineering required.
• 5-7 years of project scheduling experience.
• Experience on data center projects preferred.
• Know-how in 4D/5D modeling and risk assessment.
• Familiarity with project cost audits and valuations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules for multiple projects.
• Lead monthly progress of work with PMs, design, and contractors.
• Perform forensic scheduling analysis.
• Develop risk management plans and report findings.
• Support design verifications and site walks.
• Mentor Scheduler I & II team members.
