This role requires 2+ years in construction scheduling, Primavera P6 experience, and a track record in ground-up, vertical builds; the team emphasizes ownership, mentorship, and delivering high-visibility projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction scheduling experience.
• Experience with data centers, labs, or hospitals.
• Ground-up, vertical construction scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full scope of projects while balancing multiple components.
• Mentor and lead teams while managing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule/budget recovery.
• Achieve and maintain the client’s vision as a trusted partner.
