Job summary

Metric DCX is seeking a Senior Scheduler to develop, maintain, and analyze CPM schedules for large-scale data center construction projects. You will work with project managers, field teams, and trade partners to deliver accurate forecasts and keep schedules up to date.

The role requires 7+ years of scheduling experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years of construction scheduling experience, preferably on data centers or large projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction sequencing, CPM scheduling, and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CPM schedules in Primavera P6.
• Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly.
• Analyze critical path, schedule impacts, and recovery opportunities.
• Coordinate scheduling activities with project teams, subcontractors, and the general contractor.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules, schedule reports, and progress updates.
• Support project planning, forecasting, and schedule risk management.
