Job summary

Cumming Group seeks an experienced Senior Scheduler to support a major pharmaceutical client's construction program in Richmond, VA. You will lead scheduling across complex capital projects, including 4D/5D modeling and forensic analyses, while mentoring junior schedulers.

Required are the skills to develop and maintain detailed schedules, manage risks, and provide monthly progress reports to project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or Engineering required.
• 5–7 years experience in project scheduling or as a Project Engineer.
• PSP, PMP, CPE, CEP, CCP, CMIT or MRICS certifications preferred.
• Experience with schedule risk analysis and cost validation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 4D/5D schedules and construction timelines.
• Lead monthly progress reviews with project managers, design teams and contractors.
• Perform forensic scheduling analyses and validate as-planned schedules.
• Support collection and reporting of key project data and risk assessments.
• Mentor Scheduler I & II team members and promote best practices.
