Job summary

Cumming Group in Richmond, VA is seeking a Senior Scheduler to lead scheduling activities for a major pharmaceutical client. You will manage 4D/5D modeling, risk assessments, and monthly progress reporting across complex capital projects.

Ideal candidates have 5-7 years of scheduling experience, BS in CM/Engineering, and certifications such as PSP or PMP. Excellent communication and team leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or Engineering
• 5-7 years exp in project scheduling or as a Project Engineer
• PSP, PMP, CPE, CEP, CCP, CMIT or MRICS preferred

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with quality project schedules at appropriate levels of detail for proposed and on-going projects.
• Develop, monitor, status and resolve negative impacts to schedule critical paths.
• Lead project managers, design and contractors on monthly project progress of work.
• Develop and maintain project risk assessments, qualitative and quantitative.
• Develop and maintain 4D, 5D modeling.
• Manage the development of critical monthly progress reports.
