Job summary

Cumming Group in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to support high-profile data center construction projects. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Primavera P6 and advanced scheduling to develop, monitor, and report schedules that guide project decisions.

You will lead coordination with project managers, designers and contractors, perform forensic scheduling analyses, develop risk management plans, and mentor junior schedulers while ensuring alignment with budget

Qualifications

BS in Construction Management or Engineering required.
5-7 years of experience in project scheduling or as a Project Engineer.
Preferred certifications: PSP, PMP, CPE, CEP, CCP, CMIT or MRICS.

Responsibilities

Support Project Managers with quality project schedules at appropriate levels of detail for proposed and on-going projects.
Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules and monitor progress.
Lead project managers, design and contractors on monthly project progress of work.
Perform forensic scheduling analysis to validate schedule integrity.
Develop risk management plans, including qualitative and quantitative risk assessments.
Develop and maintain 4D/5D modeling and associated reporting.
Manage resource and cost loading of schedules and track changes affecting scope and cost.
Mentor Scheduler I & II teammates and provide guidance on scheduling best practices.
