Job summary

Cumming Group in Devens, MA is seeking a Senior Scheduler to join our planning team on life science projects. You will develop and maintain detailed construction schedules, lead critical path analyses, and mentor junior schedulers onsite.

Responsibilities include risk assessments, 4D/5D modeling, progress reporting, and coordinating with project managers, designers, and contractors to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in project scheduling on life science projects.
• Knowledge of 4D/5D modeling and cost/schedule analyses.
• Ability to perform forensic scheduling analysis and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with quality project schedules at appropriate detail levels.
• Develop and maintain 4D, 5D modeling and critical path schedules.
• Manage development of monthly progress reports and risk assessments.
• Participate in design verifications and site walks.
• Mentor Scheduler I & II team members; ensure schedule integrity.
