Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Scheduler to join our planning and scheduling team on-site in the Detroit, MI area. You will support a data center client, delivering high-quality schedules and proactive risk management.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in project scheduling, with PSP/PMP/CPE/CEP/CCP/MRICS certifications preferred, and familiarity with 4D/5D modeling and forensic scheduling analysis. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and maintain project risk assessments (qualitative & quantitative).
• Experience with 4D/5D modeling and forensic scheduling analyses.
• Experience with cost/estimate validation and comparative analyses.
• Knowledge of pre- and post-construction cost audits and valuations.
• Ability to perform detailed cost and schedule analyses.
• Strong project document control experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with quality project schedules at appropriate detail levels.
• Develop and maintain 4D/5D models and project risk assessments.
• Lead discussions on design issues, client concerns and code issues.
• Oversee monthly progress with project managers, design teams and contractors.
• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules and risk reports.
• Perform forensic scheduling analysis and schedule validation.
