Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Scheduler to join our team onsite in the Hanging Rock, OH area, supporting a data center client. You will develop and maintain detailed project schedules, perform forensic scheduling analysis, and guide project teams on scheduling issues.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in project scheduling, BS in Construction Management or Engineering, and certifications such as PSP, PMP, or MRICS. The role offers growth within a leading planning and scheduling team.

Qualifications

• Education: BS in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Experience: 5-7 years exp in project scheduling; data center projects preferred.
• Certifications: PSP, PMP, CPE, CEP, CCP, CMIT or MRICS.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with quality project schedules at appropriate levels of detail.
• Develop, monitor, status and resolve negative impacts to schedule critical paths.
• Lead project managers, design and contractors on monthly project progress.
• Develop and maintain project risk assessments, qualitative and quantitative.
• Develop and maintain 4D, 5D modeling.
• Manage the development of critical monthly progress reports.
• Perform forensic scheduling analysis and schedule validation.
• Overview clients’ schedules for as-planned validation and cost implications.
