Job summary

Cumming Group, a leading project and cost management consultancy, is seeking a Senior Scheduler to join our on-site team in the Detroit, MI area. You will support a data center client, developing and maintaining detailed project schedules and risk analyses to avoid surprises.

In this role, you will mentor junior schedulers, collaborate with project managers, designers, and contractors, and contribute to 4D/5D modeling and monthly progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with project risk assessments (qualitative and quantitative).
• Experience with 4D/5D modeling.
• Experience with forensic scheduling analysis of construction or engineering projects.
• Experience with cost validation and analyses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Lead monthly project progress with PMs, designers, and contractors.
• Perform forensic scheduling analysis.
• Develop and maintain risk assessments and reports.
• Manage resource and cost loading of schedules.
