Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Scheduler to join our planning and scheduling team onsite in San Marcos, TX. You will support Project Managers, develop detailed schedules, monitor critical paths, and manage 4D/5D modeling for a data center project.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in project scheduling, experience with forensic scheduling analysis, and relevant certifications. The role offers growth, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or Engineering is required.
• 5–7 years of project scheduling experience.
• Certification in PSP, PMP, CPE, CEP, CCP, CMIT or MRICS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with quality project schedules at appropriate detail levels.
• Develop, monitor, and update schedules; identify and resolve negative impacts on critical paths.
• Lead monthly progress reviews with design teams, contractors, and clients; report status and variances.
