Job summary

Hill International, Inc. in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Scheduler III to support complex construction programs. The role focuses on reviewing baselines, updating schedules, conducting CPM analysis, and coordinating with contractors to maintain project milestones.

You will manage master and owner schedules, prepare Time Impact Analyses, attend meetings, and provide written responses with mitigation strategies. A strong background in Primavera P6 and large-scale projects is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 10+ years scheduling experience with 5+ years on active construction projects.
• Experience scheduling large-scale, complex projects (multi-million to billion-dollar range).
• Knowledge of Project Management principles and CPM scheduling.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 Version 8.3+ and related tools.
• Willing to be full-time Hybrid in El Segundo, CA.

Responsibilities

• Review baseline schedules for conformance, proper WBS and critical path.
• Coordinate with contractor schedulers to resolve deficiencies and approvals.
• Review monthly updates, identify variances and analyze causes.
• Maintain an owner shadow schedule and time impact analyses.
• Attend weekly meetings and report schedule slippage and risks.
• Prepare and present progress reporting documents and schedules.
