PMCS Group, Inc. is seeking a Scheduler III in the Los Angeles area for hybrid work. The role requires 10+ years of scheduling experience with 5+ years in active construction programs, including complex, multi-project environments and earned value reporting.

You will manage Baseline and Monthly Schedule updates, coordinate with contractors, and present schedule trends and mitigation strategies to management. Aviation experience is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 10+ years scheduling experience with 5+ years supporting active construction projects.
• Experience with large-scale, multimillion-dollar construction schedules and progress reporting.

Mansioni

• Review Baseline Schedules for conformance, WBS, sequencing, and CPM logic.
• Coordinate with Contractor Scheduler to resolve deficiencies.
• Provide written evaluation and responses to Baseline Submittals.
• Maintain an accurate master schedule and perform Time Impact Analyses (TIA).
• Attend weekly meetings and monitor 3-week look-ahead schedules.
