• Experience with Schedule Analyzer, Microsoft Project and Claims Digger.

Responsibilities

• Review contractor schedules for compliance with contract and soundness of logic.
• Prepare updates, revisions and recovery schedules with written review comments.
• Monitor contractor progress and report delays, performance concerns and risks to project staff.
• Conduct time impact analyses and assess the effect of changes, delays and claims.
• Provide scheduling guidance to project and construction management teams.
