Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of scheduling experience.
• Strong background in Primavera P6 is required.
• Experience with design-build project schedules.
• Ability to analyze schedule duration and logic problems.
• Experience developing resource-loaded design and construction schedules.
• Preparation of progress and status reports; familiarity with earned value analysis.
• Knowledge of time impact analysis; experience with construction claims and change orders is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review construction schedules with supporting documentation and report to the project team.
• Analyze scheduling scenarios and prepare critical path schedules.
• Monitor contractor progress and assist in evaluating progress against baseline schedules.
• Consult and troubleshoot schedule issues through construction.
• Integrate schedule into master schedules and support time impact analyses.
