Job summary

CMTS LLC in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Scheduler III for a hybrid, full-time role supporting major construction programs. You will review baselines, monitor progress, perform time impact analyses, and report on schedule risk across multi-million dollar projects.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years scheduling experience on large-scale projects, mastery of CPM scheduling, earned value reporting, Primavera P6, and MS Project, and the ability to communicate complex data to management.

Qualifications

• 10 years or more of scheduling experience with 5+ years in active construction projects.
• Experience scheduling the design and construction of large-scale projects ($300M–$1B) and managing progress reporting.
• Knowledge of Project Management principles and Project Control Cycles.
• Capable of reporting earned value performance measurement.
• Understanding CPM scheduling techniques and prioritizing multiple projects.
• Ability to track field progress weekly and report to management.

Responsibilities

• Review Baseline Schedule for conformance with plans and specs, ensuring proper WBS, sequencing, critical path and logic.
• Coordinate constructability review and identify missing activities or conflicts.
• Ensure WBS is properly coded and resource loaded.
• Provide written evaluation and responses on Baseline submittals.
• Coordinate schedule comments with Contractors for resolution.
• Maintain Owner shadow Schedule and identify delays for analysis.
• Review Time Impact Analysis submissions and recommend time extensions.
• Develop and present progress and risk reports to management.
