Job summary

American business solutions inc is seeking a 3rd level Support Analyst to provide advanced help for PSDC SCCM, Airwatch, VDI, and Inmate environments. You will troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software escalations and guide end users and IT staff.

Responsibilities include supporting SCCM deployments, maintaining OSD task sequences, managing Airwatch assets, and assisting VDI session support and connectivity.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with SCCM, Airwatch, and VDI.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd level Support Analyst for PSDC SCCM, Airwatch, VDI, and Inmate environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software escalations and assist IT staff and end users.
• Assist and supports SCCM deployments, packaging applications, and OSD task sequences.
• Support the Airwatch console environment and manage assets and objects.
• Support the VDI with session support and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Assist the DOC Inmate environment with testing and customizations.
