Job summary

Qcells USA Corp is seeking a SCADA Engineer Level 3 to lead SCADA system design, integration, and troubleshooting for utility-scale PV and BESS projects. You will configure, test, and commission SCADA systems, ensuring secure and reliable operation across projects, reporting to the Sr SCADA and Controls Engineering Manager.

The role requires proficiency in relay programming, SCADA protocols (Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850), IT networking and cybersecurity, and collaboration with EPC teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Software, or Systems Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in SCADA, control systems, or IT networking.

Responsibilities

• Lead SCADA system architecture, configuration, and programming for large-scale PV and BESS assets.
• Program relay and control devices; implement SCADA protocols (Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850).
• Develop network security measures and cybersecurity compliance strategies for SCADA.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, vendors, and utilities for SCADA compliance.
