Job summary

Huntington National Bank seeks an SBA Eligibility Review Officer III to review SBA and USDA guaranteed loans, ensuring proper structure and adherence to eligibility requirements. You will act as a subject matter expert, guiding sales, underwriting and closing teams across HNB markets.

Responsibilities include managing a complex loan pipeline up to $5M, documenting eligibility conditions clearly, and ensuring compliance with SBA/USDA rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with 5 years of HNB SBA/USDA lending/due diligence experience or 7 years direct SBA/USDA lending/due diligence.
• Strong knowledge of SBA/USDA processes and SOPs.
• Ability to document eligibility clearly and close in accordance with SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Review SBA/USDA loans for proper structure and eligibility.
• Serve as SME for SBA servicing and guidance to teams.
• Maintain a pipeline of complex loans up to $5M.
• Coordinate with sales, underwriting, and closing colleagues.
• Ensure SBA/USDA compliance in all loan actions.
