Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Underwrites SBA loan requests in accordance with Fidelity Bank's policy and government regulations.
• Pre-flights loan opportunities and assists with negotiating loan terms.
• Prepares packages for government agency submission and manages documentation.
• Supports Business Development Officers and analysts to achieve loan goals.
• Communicates effectively with risk officers and teammates to resolve credit issues.
